Destiny 2: How to Get Outbreak Perfected & Catalyst - Exotic Pulse Rifle

Outbreak Perfected, aka Outbreak Prime is back and even better than it was in Destiny 1. Here's my guide on how to get it, along with getting the catalyst, which involves the Heroic mode route that you need to take.

To start:
Grab the quest from The Rig (follow path in video)
Visit 6 Lost Sectors (EDZ: Widow's Walk, Atrium, Whispered Falls, The Drain) (Nessus: The Rift, Carrion Pit)
Go to the Farm and visit the basement of the main building to start the mission.
Do the mission.
You did it.

If you are having difficulty getting the quest, make sure you have completed the campaign. Then, make sure you have done Enemy of my Enemy, which is part of the Titan world quest, aka the Rat King quest. Then make sure you go and save the Captain and kill the Knight. If that all fails, try another character because we think it is bugged.

Heroic mode vault path: second from the left, up, left, up, up, right, right, down, right, right, up, up, left, up.
