Former House speaker Pantaleon Alvarez admits that he still desires the speakership, a position he held from 2016 until his ouster last year. Alvarez is awaiting for his reelection as he leads in the congressional race in the first district in Davao del Norte.

He also shared that should Presidential son Paolo Duterte, who is leading the congressional race in the first district in Davao City, vie for the speakership, he will support the younger Duterte “100%.” (MB Video by Zea Capistrano)
