Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen!!! Today I’m going to be sharing with you how I make horchata! Should I say the best easy and delicious horchata??? Well let me tell you! It sure is the best I have ever tried, this includes every Mexican restaurant!!!!!! 😅 I hope you give this a try it seriously sooooo delicious! This recipe will save you time, avoid all the hours waiting for the rice to soak, you can make this recipe the moment you crave horchata!!!!! I just wish you all give this recipe a try!!!!!! Don’t forget to like comment and subscribe! I love you all 💕 Quick tip: when blending the flour rice, cinnamon and simple syrup, mix for at LEAST 5 minutes!!!! Even though the rice is already broken down, we still want it to be as fine as possible this is going to help not to have a powdery/chalky drink!!!!!!
Ingredients:
4 cups of water
4 cups for simple syrup (4 cups of water 1 1\2 cup of sugar)
2 cups of white rice flour ( this is the shortcut to this recipe don’t panic the only ingredient here is white rice, it’s been milled for you, save time!!!!
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
2 tablespoons Mexican vanilla blend
1 cinnamon stick
1 serving of love 💕
