Ngige Vs NLC: “Constitute NSITF Board to Avoid Protest” – Analyst

Meanwhile, Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr. Chris Ngige, has asked workers to disregard the call by Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) for a one- day national protest on Monday.

Ngige made the call in a statement issued by his Special Assistant on Media, Nwachukwu Obidewe in Abuja saying the directive by the NLC President, Ayuba Wabba, that workers protest on Monday was unlawful.

But earlier in our news Adeniyi Kunnu a public affairs analyst urged Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige to constitute the NSITF board before Monday to avoid the proposed nation wild protest by the NLC.
