What’s going on guys! In today’s video, I'm going to give you 15 different exercises you can try and then put together to create your own HIIT workouts! π₯
HIIT workouts are super effective because they allow you to burn a ton of calories in less amount of time. They also allow you to burn more calories following you workout because of EPOC (Excess Post Oxygen Consumption).
To create your own HIIT workout I want you to pick just FIVE of the exercises below. You'll perform the exercise for 40 seconds, followed up with a 20 second rest, then get straight into the next exercise. Once you've completed all five exercises - repeat for 3+ rounds and share your workout you create with us down in the comments!
