Kawa Hot Bath For an entrance fee of Php50 and Php300 per hour for the Kawa Hot Bath, you can immerse in a large wok (Kawa) with warm or hot water garnished with flower petals. Enjoy the bath while appreciating the beauty of the mountains.
It is located in El Patio Razon in Tanay Rizal. Highly recommended to go here after seeing Treasure Mountain's Sea of Clouds. From the Maysawa Circuit jump-off point, just go straight until you see the signage of El Patio Razon. It’s on the same road going to the Treasure Mountain.
They only have 6 Kawa Baths, so I recommend to visit this place during weekdays. Expect a long queue during weekends and holidays.
You can take a shower after. The bathroom is near the kawas. They also have kubo for a fee.
Please do not expect too much. You can only just take photos and dip for an hour. Nothing much to do here. You can also take pictures in their simple Hobbit House.
The Kawa Bath originally became popular in the Philippines because of the Kawa Bath in Tibiao, Antique. Travelers go to Antique for its unspoiled beaches and to experience this kind of activity. Luckily, we can now try this bath without spending too much money and time.
