This journey is not easy but I refuse to give up!! I’m being honest there will be times when you will feel unmotivated and there will be times when you feel motivated.
The thing is though when you feel as if you don’t want to workout usually those are the best times because you will feel amazing afterwards. It’s like dang! I’m happy I did it lol even though at first you were like nope! I’m not in the mood.
The first thing to keep in mind is to enjoy shedding weight. Find different ways to make it fun while on your weight loss journey. If the gym is not your cup of tea try other activities.
Such as boxing 🥊,dance classes 💃, biking 🚴♀️, yoga 🧘♀️,or a walk at the park. As long as the body is moving that’s all that matters.
