Hello my beautiful melanated people! I wanted to take a moment and speak to my beautiful empathetic/emotionally intelligent/high frequency people of our community. I know we have been through a lot, for pretty much all of our lives, especially in these past few years, and seeing it everywhere on a constant basis-is beyond overwhelming. Yes, caring and supporting our community is important, however, you do NOT have to absorb EVERYTHING- ALL THE TIME! It is too much, all at once.
