China Supports HKSAR Government in Exercising Effective Law-based Governance: Spokeswoman

China supports the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in exercising effective governance in accordance with law, and upholds the HK police to severely punish the violence makers, Chinese Foreign Affairs Ministry Spokeswoman Hua Chunying said on Tuesday.
