Juul accused of marketing to children as young as 8 Executives from the e-cigarette maker Juul were questioned on Capitol Hill Thursday about their role in the teen vaping epidemic. The CDC says one in five high schoolers used e-cigarettes in 2018. As Jamie Yuccas reports, the company is accused of marketing to middle schoolers.
