Vegetable Soup Recipe:

2 Containers of Swanson Vegetable Stock
2 Cans of Hunts fire roasted tomatoes
Yukon gold potatoes peeled and cubed
Mixed vegetables *I used a frozen bag, you can use cans, frozen, or fresh*
Dash of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
2 stalks of celery chopped finely
Some onion chopped finely
Tabasco Sauce to your liking (I put about half of a small jar in the crockpot)

Pasta Salad:

Box of rotini or pasta of your choice (*cooked and chilled*)
Olive garden light italian dressing
Cheese cubes of your choice
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella shredded cheese
Banana peppers dried and cut up
Pepperonis cut up
