RTI (Right To Information) in bangalore is submitting forged, incomplete & misleading informations. Not even 1 stray dog is sterilised out of more than 80 stray dogs in ward no 44 at one same location (within 500 metre radius) since more than 1 year. So we wrote to RTI requesting for information regarding the sterilisation of stray dogs and after waiting for more than 2 months we received forged and incomplete documents, So we appealed to RTI for genuine, sealed and signed documents. So that we can file PIL.
