The tall cargo ship known as the Federal Kivalina passes under the Duluth lift bridge a mere 20 minutes after the Philip R. Clarke and just like the previous ship that passed by its crew is also on deck at work and waving to the dozens of people on the pier watching its departure. And this 656 foot ship also has a VERY loud horn. :)
