Googly News TV is a Digital Media Project - consisting of a web news portal and a television channel, with ‘The Uncensored Media’ as its motto. Googly is an independent digital media platform of professional journalists who are determined to ensure uncensored reporting but in a responsible manner. We believe that the people have the right to know every bit of information and they are conscious enough to decide what is right and what is wrong. As things stand, the viewers and readers are being spoon-fed through the political economy of largely media owners. We strongly feel that in these times of ‘voluntary’ and ‘forced’ media blackouts by television channels and newspapers, the masses need to know what is happening around them. With the advent of interactive media that helps the people to personalize a gadget, there should be a digital media platform that is not depriving them of their constitutional right to know, and that too, in the name of national interest. Freedom, has only one responsibility, that is, to be truthful. For truthfulness, brings about an aura of justice, equality and transparency.
