Scottish case on 'unlawful' prorogation heard at Supreme Court

The Scottish ruling that proroguing parliament was unlawful is being heard in the #SupremeCourt.

If the government loses the case #BorisJohnson would almost certainly have to advise the Queen to recall parliament immediately.
