A: Incline bench press | 4 sets of 6-8 reps
B: Lat pulldown machine | 4 sets of 8-10 reps
C: Flat machine press | 4 sets of 8-10 reps
D: Seated cable row | 4 sets of 8-10 reps
E: Machine fly | 4 sets of 8-10 reps (final set a rest-pause set)
F: Half kneeling cable face pull | 4 sets of 8-10 reps (final set a drop set)
