Hey everyone! In todays video I'm showing you a what i eat in a day with healthy meals for busy people that are easy to make and taste great!

Smoothie
- 1 tsp Your Super Super Greens
- 2 tbsp Your Super Skinny Protein
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 3 frozen strawberries
- almond milk
Nourish Bowl
Medium boiled egg: boil for 7 minutes in boing water
Dressing:
1 tbsp tahini
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp Your Super Super Greens
Brownies
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 1/4 cup Your Super Chocolate Lover
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
(chocolate squares on top optional)
350F for 20 minutes
Bunless burger
- 1 grass fed patty from whole foods
- sweet potato fries:
- 1 tsp whole 30 lemon garlic aioli
- butter lettuce
