Each Day will we teach you 4 Yoga Asana by gradually increases the intensity of Yoga Asana from Easy to Difficult. So that you body can accept the variations of yoga asana easily. When you shift next Day, Make sure you have already practiced pervious day yoga asana.
Best Time for Yoga Asana
Morning 5 am to 7 Am (Empty Stomach)
Evening 5 pm to 6.30 (One Hour Before and after sun Set). Please make sure you have eating food 2 hours before. Yoga can be done after 2 hours of Food Intake.
General Guidelines
Have 1 Glass of Luke Warm Water before 15 Mins in Start of Yoga
