The M8 Competition is up there with one of the best BMWs ever built, at least, on track. How it performs as a daily driver is unknown until we put the car through its paces in local conditions in 2020.

Until then, Anthony Crawford takes it around the Algarve International Circuit in Portugal to see what's what.
