Summary: Th. Brinda talks about the importance of the role of the generation of youths today which are going to be the future pillars of the society. She express her desire of wanting some change in the education system which would not stereotype the students into aiming only for those corporate jobs or government jobs. She emphasizes on the need for improving the agricultural sector. She talks about the new agricultural technique of Permaculture which she says she will soon introduce a model farm here in Manipur. Brinda also talks about the case of drug abuse, plantation of poppy plants in Manipur and how drugs aim for the destruction of youths. She also expresses her desire of creating a workforce, and insist that the youths should not wait around and cry for jobs but create one themselves. But there lies a vicious cycle which leads us to being slaves, depending on others because of our incapability to produce any indigenous products. Hence we the youths should really think for the future, what kind of Manipur we want to leave behind for the future generations to inherit.
