How can Pakistan make such a superior jet (JF-17) which can take down Su-30s and MiG21 as per the report?

There are a few facts to consider.

We have confirmed news that Mig-21 was shot down and the kill was awarded to a JF-17 pilot by military sources.
Two planes were seen going down, one was Mig-21 that has been accounted for.
There is no confirmation of loss of either F-16 from Pakistan nor of SU-30 by India. There is no wreckage or photos to go by, except for a few videos via cell phone cameras showing dual seater burning and two pilots ejecting. Until a concrete evidence surfaces, Mig-21 is the only confirmed kill.
