trabectome after iStent inject: one stent in ciliary body band, other in scleral spur

- stents were placed by experienced anterior segment surgeon
- placing the second generation stent correctly is not a trivial
- patient has a few synechiae
- due to dragging of synechiae in right pass, small suprachoroidal cleft is created accidantially but is not deep enough to be significant
