Australian Army considering driverless military vehicles | ABC News BAE Systems has spent the last few days showing the Chief of the Australian Army what it can do with retrofitting existing armoured military vehicles to make them autonomous.

While a lot of work has been done on making autonomous aircraft, such as drones, land vehicles are a trickier task and the ethics around sending robotic vehicles into battle still need to be discussed.

BAE’s chief technology officer Brad Yelland sat down with ABC political reporter Matthew Doran in Canberra.
