Peter & Kitra celebrate Halloween 2019 at the West Hollywood Halloween Carnival. For those of you who don't know, Every year, the City of West Hollywood hosts the biggest Halloween party in the world on a mile long stretch of Santa Monica Blvd. We are in search for some crazy and fun Halloween costumes.
