A video I made in 2009, when we were instructed at work how to fit a York Hinge to a street light pole :) It was fitted to poles where you couldn't get a vehicle near. In the old days I used to go up the lower streetlights with a ladder, which had a steel wire at the top of it that formed round the pole, but that was all stopped with the dreaded Health and Safety at Work Act.
