This video started off reviewing a dumpy a house that my friend Shaun flipped in just a couple days for a tidy profit. Then I discovered several deceased animals in the yard right off of the camera view. That's the warning early on. To answer a question I have ALREADY got - I do believe that someone went to jail over this, however no one told me, and just gave me the key-code to get in and take a video. ANYWAY , the financial breakdown.
Nov 12ish - Shaun looks at house
Nov 12-15 - Shaun negotiates purchase of house for $25,000 from lady in Columbus.
Nov 18th - Shaun puts on Facebook
Nov 21st - House is in contract for a cash purchase of $35,000, set to close on Monday (The 25th).
Shaun's total time investment is 2 hours - About a hour of negotiating, and two 30 minute walk-thrus and putting a lock box on it.
