How to let go of emotional clutter 2019 is what I am sharing in today's video. Currently, I am on a home organization and decluttering journey. I am attempting to eliminate all of the unnecessary items in my home. That includes letting go of some things that are considered emotional, which can be a hard task. So, I hope this video helps you with your home organizing and declutter with me journey. 1. You must be in the right mindset.
2. Sort into 3 piles: keep, let go, maybe.
3. Remember the goal.
4. Do not rush the process.
5. It is ok to give yourself extra time on certain items.
6. Keeping items from loved ones who have passed away will not bring them back.
7. Questions: Do I need this item? Will my life change if I let go of this item? Why am I keeping this item? Does it serve a purpose? Will my kids really want this item?
