In this video, we took the Nike Metcon 5, Reebok CrossFit Nano 9, and NOBULL Trainers and compared them to see which shoe is best for a variety of activities. Let's call it what it is, but each of these shoes are phenomenal for #functionalfitness training within their own rights, however, each model does excel for different activities.
The #NOBULLTrainers are a great all-around shoe, while the #NikeMetcon5 did an exceptional job at supporting heavy weight, and the #ReebokNano9 was by far the most versatile for lifting, jumping, and running.
So, where does that leave us?
It leaves us with a good idea for which shoe will support your specific goals and activities best. At the end of the day, these are all solid shoes, so go with what you prefer and match each shoe's construction with how you lift!
