In the Town of Foxboro Massachusetts, public access to fish on Cocasset Lake from a public way has been denied by an association of land owners that reside on the shore of this lake. They have erected a 6’ chain link fence on the only public access point to this body of water with the intention to deny anglers from lawfully fishing in this body of water. APLW (Access to Public Lands and Waters) is fighting to preserve public access in an effort to preserve our heritage, liberty and freedom for generations to come.
