Today is #TermTuesday đź“– Today’s term is Buyers Agent. A #buyersagent is a licensed representative that represents a buyer in a real estate transaction. They are responsible for finding properties, scheduling showings, negotiating contracts on the buyers behalf, etc.
Using a buyers agent is important and can save you thousands during the transaction. The best thing is, our commission comes out of the sellers side so on average, you pay buyers nothing outside of a flat fee.
