The Significance of the OWC2015 Grand Finals

There's quite some background behind why this certain stage of the osu! World Cup 2015 is important and marks a turning point in competitive history. The rise of North America and Europe above Asia in the competitive scene has changed the game vastly (at least for the Western world).
