Tommy Koh emphasises importance of laws like UNCLOS

Singapore's Ambassador-at-Large Professor Tommy Koh has emphasised it is important for countries to live in a world governed by law, rules and principles. The UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) is an example of such a law. Prof Koh was speaking at the launch of his new book, where he describes how the Convention came about.
