2 Weeks Fat Loss Challenge:
1. Do this workout daily.
2. Eat clean(ish): lots of veggies, nutrient dense foods. Stay away from added sugar and junk food.
3. Do 20-45 minutes of traditional cardio (i.e. walking, running, elliptical machine, etc) 2-4 days per week.
