Why Chilean protests make Washington nervous

At least 20 people have died in three weeks of violent protests in Chile. Hundreds of police have been injured and around 1600 protesters hospitalized. A Chilean prosecutor is investigating over a dozen police officers accused of torturing protesters. RT America’s Faran Fronczak reports.
