There are many things that can ruin your sleep quality, and it's important to avoid them so that you get a good night's rest. This video will go over 12 things that you should never do before going to sleep; make sure you take notes so that you don't forget them!
The things I list in this video should be avoided because they lead to insomnia, nightmares, and in some cases, sleep paralysis. Having bad sleeping habits is not a good thing and if any of the things on this list applies to you, I strongly recommend changing that habit.
