CHICKEN PIZZA POCKETS
Take a bowl add 1 cup of chicken mince

Add 1 tb spn of chopped onions

Add ½ tsp of garam masala

Add ½ tsp of pepper powder

Add ½ tsp of ginger & garlic

Add pinch of salt and mix it.

And put in to oven and cook for 3 minutes

Take a pan add 1 cup of water

Add pinch of salt add 1 tsp of butter

And boil it

Then add1 cup of all purpose flour

switch off the flame. add egg yolk

And mix it nicely.

Now divide the dough in to equal portions

And make the puri.

Then put the chicken mixture

Add 1 tbsp of grated cheese

Add 1 tsp of pizza sauce

Apply the egg wash and seal it.

Now coat egg mixture & bread crumbs

And fry in hot oil.

Transfer in to a plate and serve with tomato ketchup.
