Employee experience can be made up of lots of interactions. This can include a great technology experience, a good workplace environment, a productive one-to-one with your leader or a positive community. These single moments are important to have, but unless they have connected to your organization’s values and created in a holistic way, they hold little genuine value.
In order to create employee experience moments that truly matter, all staff must be connected to the things that are most important to your business.
