It’s all well a good to hear success stories from our generation, but because property is such a long term game, it’s also very important to hear from the experts, they have been around for a little while longer, watched multiple property cycles roll out, and give us some insights on what types of assets have performed consistently over time.
Today I’m very excited to talk to one of my biggest virtual property mentors Chris Bates, Chris is a Financial Advisor and Mortgage Broker who runs his own company Wealthful, Chris is also a co-host with Veronica Morgan of another successful property podcast called “The Elephant in the room property podcast”.
Chris talks to us about the common misconceptions in the property game, taking a 60-year approach when selecting an asset and how the lending environment has changed over time.
