Homeowners: 3rd fire at encampment burns close to south Sacramento houses

A fire ignited at a homeless encampment Thursday afternoon just feet away from neighborhood homes in south Sacramento. Homeowners said this is the third time this year firefighters had to put out the flames so close to their homes. Get the full story in the video above.
