I Accidentally Made a S'mores Mead?

I stumbled upon something pretty incredible as I was making my OK bochet! My OK Bochet is a Chocolate and Vanilla Bochet and I had the idea to add Marshmallow Flavor to it. I just so happened to have some Amoretti Marshmallow flavoring and I figured it would pair really well with this mead and possibly make a smores like flavor. OK Bochet Recipe + Marshmallow Flavoring:

1 Gallon of Spring Water
3 Pounds of Honey
1 (5 gram) Packet of Lalvin D47
.5 Pound of Cacao Nibs (Sweet)
1 Vanilla bean or 1 oz of Vanilla Extract
1 oz of Marshmallow Amoretti Flavoring
