Merits of Adequate Water Intake

Merits of Adequate Water Intake Keeping body adequately hydrated helps to stay away of multiple problems. Repeated infections, Constipation, Bodyaches (leg pains, hand pains, stomach ache, headache), Skin issues like eczema, dry skin rashes, pimples and many others are triggered due to lack of adequate hydration of the body.

Not necessary that these problems are only triggered because of lack of hydration, neither its mandatory that the issues will be completely resolved by just improving water intake. But majority of cases where there is lack of pathological or structural problems and significant trigger factor or disease specific examination findings (we call it functional pains, functional constipation or idiopathic, majority of skin problems along with evidence of dry skin), improving water intake helps a lot.

Repeated cough cold and throat infection or urine infection or even repeated stomach infection, the frequency decreases if adequate water intake is maintained, though acute episode needs treatment. Similarly few constipation cases needs medical management but improving water intake during medical management helps to stay away of further need of medicines. Skin rash triggered by dry skin, pimples, eczema too needs treatment if the things are advanced stage, milder versions just needs improving water intake.
