"Its a classic case of big fish in little pond. People don't realize what they need to do is man up and go jump into the ocean. Then you'll grow and make the kind of progress you're needing." Branch Warren sits down with GASP CEO Michael Johansson and details out some of the actions he took early on that he attributes to him continually improving.
"When you step out of your comfort zone and train with guys not 1 level above you, but 4-5 levels above you, its like hanging on for dear life and just trying to finish and no matter what, don't quit."
