It really is exhausting sometimes. Not just what you have to do but to find the energy to do it too! It’s exhausting! If you had the money would like to take the rest of the month off and just climb into bed or relax on some beach somewhere far away but you can’t and there’s stuff for you to do.
Take it easy on yourself! Yes you have stuff to do and your energy feels limited so target the most important, make a dent in what really matters one step in front of the other. Stop looking at the whole platter of stuff just one thing at a time. Take breaks, speak to yourself nicely, calm yourself down, care for your energy, listen to you, your feelings thoughts and body and take care of it as you take care of everything else.
