SEA Games: Delay concerns as typhoon Kammuri approaches Philippines

The SEA Games open in the Philippines on Nov 30 (Saturday), but there is now concern about a potential delay because of a fast-approaching typhoon. Typhoon Kammuri is churning towards the Philippines and its effects are forecast to hit late Saturday or early Sunday. Among the places to be affected are Metro Manila and central Luzon, where many venues of the SEA Games are located.
