When people go to list their home on the market to sell, one of the biggest questions sellers ask is often, “How are buyers going to see my house?” or, “How will you (the agent) notify me about potential showings?” Today I’ll discuss why it’s so important to make it as easy as possible for potential buyers to access your home for showings, including things like making sure that your house keys are easy to turn and that you’re not being overly restrictive about when buyers are permitted to come through for a showing.
