Well this day definitely did not go to plan...
DISCLAIMER:
I know a lot of people go through far worse pain and are in far worse pain this very second - this has just never happened to me before so it was quite scary for me to experience. I am definitely looking into why this happened (diet + supplement updates coming soon!). Let's all give this video a huge thumbs up for Sam for being an absolute legend and filming today's vlogmas, if it wasn't for him there definitely would not be a video up today!
