Uncommon Drill for Shoulder Pain

Uncommon Drill for Shoulder Pain If one of your shoulder positions is “ouch,” this is for you…

We get used to pain because we think we have to, but there is so much that can be done to combat and eliminate pain. That is why our stand is not “if” but “how” to decrease/eliminate pain.

In this week’s blog we use an uncommon drill rooted in neurology (surprise surprise), but one we think you’ll both relate to and enjoy the benefits of doing.

Shoulders are included in so many movements, even ‘just walking,’ so whether you have pain or not, give these a try and let us know what changes you notice – range of motion, ease of movement in other activities, less tension throughout the day, fewer headaches, etc.

We look forward to hearing from you!

P.S. It may feel similar to stretching, but you’ll likely notice a difference in sensation, which is why we say keep it at a level 3 out of 10.
