Could the DCEU Lady Shiva Appear in a Birds of Prey Movie Sequel?

In Birds of Prey 2 or 3, they're going to need a new villain to fight.

I think it's possible that the main baddie of a sequel could be Lady Shiva. She's Cassandra Cain's mother in the comics, so it makes sense that she'd meet up with her biological daughter in the movies too, since I think the character's an orphan in the film storyline

And maybe Cain's father David could show up as well.
