Entitlement is killing the youth today. I've encountered many youngsters, who come from a well-off background and plan to start a business and then leave the most important part of business like sales, marketing, follow ups etc to an employee. You're the owner of the business and there should not be anyone who can explain the business better than you. You should own up that task and lead from the front rather than simply shouting at an employee if they're unable to do the same task. Lead through examples, not words.
