An IPS officer of 2011 batch, adjudged as the best all-round probationer of her batch and received Prime Minister's Baton and Home Minister's Revolver. Police is traditionally viewed merely as a law enforcement agency. But with changing times, Police is also becoming an enabler of change and help transform lives of several women across the spectrum. Be it for women donning the khaki or those outside it, these creative approaches are helping women realise their unique identities and evolve in the process.
